Andrea Fortunati, MS, ATC, LMT

With an interest in health and wellbeing, Andrea has focused her career on working with individuals determined to improve their daily and physical goals that are limited by pain or improper movement. As a licensed massage therapist, she enjoys working with a variety of clients. She has worked to return injured athletes from the high school, recreational, and Olympic level, back to their level of ability. She is currently the Athletic Trainer for the University of Virginia Swim & Dive teams, and volunteers at competitions that include international team travel with USA Swimming.

Graduating in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in athletic training from the University of Vermont, a master’s degree in kinesiology from the University of Connecticut in 2016, and massage therapy from Lotus Professional College in 2023, she has a strong clinical and research background. She has been involved with large scale research studies, and worked with the Korey Stringer Institute as the Assistant Director of Elite Athlete Health & Performance for Team Sports.

Being an outdoor and fitness enthusiast, she spends her free time hiking, running, paddle boarding, yoga, and traveling. It is because of this active lifestyle that Andrea’s goals to reduce pain, stress, and dysfunction is well matched with individuals who are equally motivated to improve.
