Reduce Pain, Stress, & Dysfunction
Massage therapy focused on improving performance & recovery
My Approach
Licensed massage therapists offer medically directed treatment that have the ability to address a wide range of symptoms including: musculoskeletal pain and soreness, headaches, stress, and sleep struggles among many other complaints.
Pain related to fascia, muscle, and repeated movement patterns are most commonly addressed with massage therapy techniques. Massage can be particularly beneficial to those that live an active lifestyle to address musculoskeletal pain and soreness, along with preparing for, and helping recover from various events such as competitions and performances.
The goal of AF Therapy is to reduce pain, stress and dysfunction in individuals who are equally motivated to improve. While not meant to replace medical care, massage therapy often plays an important role in performance and recovery.
